Ingredients
  • 250 g of mascarpone
  • A little orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 8 ladyfinger biscuits

Soak 4 ladyfinger biscuits cut in half in orange juice. Place them at the bottom of 4 cups.

Mix the mascarpone, cream cheese, and sugars until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Place a little of this preparation on the biscuits in each cup.

Crumble the remaining 4 biscuits, soak them in orange juice. Place them on the cups. Cover with the remaining mascarpone/cream cheese mixture.

Slice the bananas into rounds. Distribute them on the cups. Using a fine sieve, sprinkle some cocoa powder on the cups.
