  • Le Berger Fresh Cheese: 150 g
  • Canned tuna in natural juice: 140 g
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 1/2
  • Chives: 1/2 bunch
  • White pepper: 1 pinch
  • Green salad: 1

Drain the tuna and flake it with a fork. Mix the flaked tuna with Le Berger Fresh Cheese and lemon juice, working with a fork to achieve a homogeneous mixture.

Season with white pepper, then gently fold in the chopped chives. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve on small slices of fresh bread.

Serve with a side salad featuring 300 g of chickpeas and 35 g of walnuts for a delightful and nutritious meal.
