Ingredients
  • 350g carrots
  • 50g red lentils (or regular lentils)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 liter of water
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 portions of Mini Ftoury cheese

Peel the carrots, onion, potato, and tomato, then cut them finely.

In a pot, pour olive oil and butter and sauté the vegetables over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the lentils and mix well to coat them for 2 minutes. Add the bunch of coriander, salt, and pepper.

Pour in the water, bring to a boil, and let it cook for 20 minutes.

Add the Mini Ftoury cheese portions and blend everything.

Heat the soup a few minutes before serving.
