Peel and chop the garlic cloves into small pieces. Alternatively, you can use garlic powder.

In a bowl, prepare the seasoning for the butter and spices. Add the butter and olive oil, mixing well to obtain a homogeneous result. Then, add the remaining herbs with salt and mix the ingredients using a blender to ensure they are well combined.

Once all the ingredients are mixed, add the peeled and chopped garlic cloves to the bowl. Use the blender again until you get a completely homogeneous white sauce.

Once the seasoning is ready, use it to spread on your bread slices. Cut the baguette into several slices. You can choose the shape you prefer: transverse (rounding the base of the bread for an appetizer style) or lengthwise (like a small sandwich or panini). The way you cut the baguette depends on how you want to use this recipe, whether as a topping (it is better to cut the bread lengthwise) or as an appetizer for snacking (paninis).

Once you have the slices ready and spread, add grated cheese and sprinkle a little more parsley and oregano on each piece of bread. Finally, place them in the oven at a temperature of 225°C for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, check that the bread is well toasted and the cheese is melted and golden. If you placed the slices in the upper part of the oven, you will get a more golden result, but be careful to avoid burning. Serve the warm slices, and enjoy your meal!
