  • Le Berger Edam Slices
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 16 slices of sandwich bread
  • 30g flour
  • 25 cl milk
  • 30g butter
  • Grated Emmental Le Berger

Prepare a béchamel sauce.

Spread béchamel on 8 slices of bread. Place a slice of ham and 3 slices of Le Berger Edam.

Spread béchamel on top of the croques and sprinkle a pinch of grated Emmental for gratination.

Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
