Ingredients
  • Low-fat Fromage Blanc Le Berger: 230g
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 50g ham, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 10g butter
  • Salt, pepper

In a bowl, mix the fromage blanc, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper. Beat well until you have a smooth batter. Then, add the diced ham and mustard.

Butter the ovenproof dish.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Pour the mixture into the dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Sprinkle a piece of ham or some sliced mushrooms on top of the gratin for decoration 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
