Ingredients
  • Grated Edam Le Berger
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • Thyme
  • 1 red onion
  • Olive oil

Finely incise the potatoes without cutting them entirely to the base.

Bake them for 30 minutes at 210°C.

Alternately slide inside the potatoes slices with the grated edam and bacon.

Drizzle with olive oil, add some slices of red onion and thyme, season.

Bake for 10 minutes at 170°C and serve with a salad.
